Program Title: Office - Based Administrative Support


Program Description: We provide a variety of different ways for individuals to support our work behind the scenes. From file organization and management to data entry to internal space/inventory management, there are frequent opportunities to join us at our offices and assist our staff.

Opportunities Offered: We typically need support with the following jobs/opportunities to support our community outreach opportunities

  • Event and Tabling Preparations
  • Organizing Internal Department Inventory / Storage Space Management
  • File Management, Digitizing, and Organizing
  • Data Entry

Opportunity Requirements:  


Required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Strong cross-cultural communication abilities  
  • Being a team player  
  • Positivity and enthusiasm for our work 

Preferred

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of Certain Computer Software (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish 

Commitment:  

  • Our office-based administrative opportunities are not offered on a set schedule as we will recruit volunteers when our teams have projects that welcome volunteer support
  • Opportunities will typically be one-day occurrences on weekdays and business hours for a total of 3 - 4 hours on average
